The MicroSmart FC6A series features two CPU options tailored for scalable control: the Plus model and the All-in-One model. The Plus version includes dual RJ45 Ethernet ports, integrated web server capabilities, and supports expansion up to 2,060 I/O points. The All-in-One variant combines an RJ45 Ethernet port with a built-in serial interface and can be expanded up to 520 I/O points.

Designed for advanced industrial control, the FC6A Plus takes micro PLC performance to a new level. Its high I/O capacity enables it to manage large equipment or even small production systems. It now includes support for EtherNet/IP™ and MQTT Sparkplug B protocols, making it compatible with a wide range of automation devices and networks. With EtherNet/IP™ scanner and adapter functions, the FC6A Plus can both monitor and control drives, I/O blocks, and communicate with other PLCs and HMIs.

The All-in-One FC6A CPU provides robust functionality in a compact format, offering up to 520 digital and 126 analog I/O. It’s available in three configurations based on input power and I/O count:

  • 16 I/O: 9 inputs, 7 relay or transistor outputs

  • 24 I/O: 14 inputs, 10 relay or transistor outputs

  • 40 I/O: 24 inputs, 16 relay or transistor outputs

All versions come with a built-in 0–10V DC analog input. The 16 and 24 I/O units support one plug-in analog cartridge, while the 40 I/O model allows for two cartridges, offering added flexibility for analog signal processing.
